Ask anyone how they got into Middle Eastern fragrance and Club de Nuit comes up more often than any other answer. Armaf, based in Dubai, built its reputation on that one family, and the collection here carries it in full: Club de Nuit Intense Man in the 5.07 oz parfum, Club de Nuit Iconic, Imperiale, Sillage, Milestone, Urban Man, Urban Man Elixir, Untold and Club de Nuit Woman. They share a common thread of smoky pineapple and dry woods, but the differences between Iconic and Sillage and Urban Man Elixir are real, and worth exploring rather than guessing at.

The Odyssey line is the other half of the house, and it goes somewhere else entirely. Odyssey Mandarin Sky, its Vintage Edition and its Elixir, plus Odyssey Limoni, Pink Pop, Marshmallow and the Mega limited edition, work citrus, sugar and soft woods into something far more playful. Yum Yum and Bon Bon push furthest into gourmand territory. Legesi, Tres Nuit and Craze cover the fresher and more classic masculine ground.

These are strong, long-wearing eau de parfums, usually in 100ml or larger, and most of the listings offer 5ml and 10ml decants. With a family as tightly related as Club de Nuit, a decant of two or three is the only sane way to work out which one is yours.
