Giorgio Armani built a career on removing things - the stiffening from a jacket, the noise from a silhouette - and the fragrances that carry his own name tend to share that restraint. Acqua di Gio in 1996 was the clearest case: Alberto Morillas made a marine scent out of very little, and it became one of the most worn fragrances for men ever released.

The Acqua di Gio material here is the interesting part. We have Profondo, the darker and more mineral modern reading, and the 4.2 oz Profumo parfum, the incense and patchouli version, which is now discontinued, so what exists is what exists.

On the women side the Si family appears three times over: the original eau de parfum with its blackcurrant and vanilla, Si Intense, and Si Passione, the loudest of the three with rose and pink pepper. My Way, the 2020 orange blossom and tuberose release, is here in 3 oz, along with Power of You. Armani Code in 3.4 oz completes the men side with its tonka and lemon.
