Hareem Al Sultan Gold
This is a perfume oil, not a spray, and that distinction is the whole point. Hareem Al Sultan Gold comes in a 35 ml bottle of concentrated oil with no alcohol in it, meant to be dabbed on pulse points or worn on clothing, in the way perfume has been used across the Gulf for a very long time.
The scent itself is a rich floral amber - rose and jasmine over a heavy base of sandalwood, musk and vanilla, thick and sweet rather than airy. Because there is no alcohol to flash off, it does not project the way an eau de parfum does. It stays close, warms with body heat, and lasts most of a day, sometimes longer on fabric.
Oils behave well in Miami. Heat and humidity that would blow out a light designer spray by noon simply carry an oil along slowly, and a single dab is usually enough.
