Maison Alhambra
Maison Alhambra works out of Dubai, in the same orbit as the large Emirati fragrance houses, and it has built a following by producing well constructed eau de parfums that do not ask much of you. The bottles are handsome and the juice inside is usually stronger than you expect.
Three here. Karat in 3.4 oz is the sweet, spicy one - cinnamon and saffron over amber and vanilla, warm enough that it works better after dark than at noon. Luxe Street, also 3.4 oz, goes fresher and greener with citrus and aromatic herbs before settling onto a woody base. Fabulo Intense in 2.7 fl oz is the boldest of the three, a dense amber and woods composition that leaves a long trail.
All three are available in 5 ml and 10 ml decants. That is the most efficient way to approach a house like this, where the range is wide and the names give you very little information to work from.
These hold up unusually well in heat, which is not always true of designer eau de parfums at the same strength.
