Shipping policy
COVERAGE & CARRIERS:
When Standard Shipping is selected, the carrier who delivers your order will depend on the weight and size of the shipment. You will receive tracking information in the Shipping Confirmation email and will be able to track your order at that time.
We currently only ship within the U.S.
Your order may require a signature release upon delivery.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING
To qualify for free ground shipping, the order sub-total must be $59 or more after all discounts are applied. Sub-total does not include tax or shipping fees. Free shipping offer only applies to orders shipped in the contiguous United States. (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).
ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.
ORDER REVISIONS / CANCELLATIONS / DAMAGES:
To facilitate the timely processing of your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they are placed. Please select your items carefully and check for accuracy of all email addresses and shipping details, including apartment number, street number and name, city, state and zip code. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.
If your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at within 7 days of receipt of your package. You must retain the damaged items until our customer service team has filed a claim with the carrier. If you dispose of the item we will not be able to honor the claim or be able to issue any adjustment, including credit. Claims will only be considered if received within 30 days of date of shipment.
