Expect eight to ten hours on skin and considerably longer on a collar. Projection is moderate and deliberate - this is not a room-filler; it sits about an arm's length out for the first couple of hours and then settles into a close, warm halo. Miami humidity works in its favor. Leather and iris can go dry and dusty in air-conditioned climates, but the moisture in August air keeps the iris creamy and pushes the vanilla forward, so the whole thing smells richer here than it does in a cold, dry winter. The trade-off is dosage: two sprays is genuinely enough in July, and four will follow you into the elevator and stay there.

It skews formal without being stuffy. Good for dinner reservations, weddings, and any evening where you are wearing a jacket you actually like.
