This smells like a good bakery next door to a woodshop. Cacao absolute and green hazelnut open it - dry cocoa and raw nut rather than candy - and there is a coffee-adjacent bitterness in the first few minutes that keeps it from reading as dessert. Jasmine sambac absolute cuts through the middle with something almost fleshy and floral, which is the part most people do not expect, and cedarwood keeps the whole thing structured. The dry-down is where it earns repeat wear: ambroxan gives it a clean mineral glow, moss adds a shadow of damp earth, and caramel arrives late and restrained, more browned sugar than syrup.

Bond builds these at a generous concentration and Tribeca performs like it - eight hours and up is normal, and it will still be on a shirt collar the next morning. Miami complicates gourmands, though, and you should know how this one behaves. Cocoa and caramel amplify in heat, so a spray count that felt right in November feels loud in July. Two sprays in August and four in January is a reasonable rule. Humidity also pushes the moss forward, giving it a damp, earthy turn after a thunderstorm that it simply does not have in dry air. Nights out are its best environment: once the sun is down the sweetness settles and the cedar and ambroxan do the carrying.

Best from late fall through early spring here, and best after dark year-round. Unisex in practice, not just on the box. Office-safe only with a light hand - one spray, not three. Made for dinner, a date, a cool evening.
