Miu Miu took the idea from a mango and pomelo dessert and describes the result as floral-fruity, bold yet refined, which is a reasonable summary. This one manages it because the mango and osmanthus stay bright and tart as the temperature climbs, keeping the milk from thickening. What does happen is that it moves closer to the skin as the day goes on - by late afternoon in August it is a soft halo rather than something you project.
